The Board of Archery New Zealand cordially invites you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association, to be held online (by Zoom) on Tuesday, 16th of September 2025 from 1930hrs to 2130hrs NZST. The Agenda for the Meeting is attached.
In the Agenda there are many items noted as ‘to be circulated’. All these items will be circulated to members 30 days prior to the AGM.
A Zoom Link for the AGM has been provided by email.
The online meeting waiting room will be open at 7.10 pm to check membership.

Elections
Board Nominations
Archery NZ is seeking nominations for TWO Board members to fill vacant positions on the Board. These positions are for three years. Nominations can be made using a Google Form provided in the email.
Motions
During General Business, motions brought to the meeting will be discussed.  There is a Google Form in the email to use.

NOTE:Â Â Both Nomination and Motion submissions close on Tuesday 12th of August 2025.
After this date, all nominations and motions will be circulated to the membership by email.
No nominations or motions will be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
